Abstract:
PURPOSE:To enhance working efficiency and productivity and to reduce the cost by intervening solid-state bonding material between an armature and a governor, melting said bonding material, and connecting the armature and the governor. CONSTITUTION:A solid-state bonding material 3 having a shaft hole at the center is arranged between an armature 2 and a governor 1 so that a shaft 4 is inserted through said shaft hole. Said solid-state material 3 is heated, melted, and cured; thereby the armature 2 and the governor 1 are connected. As the solid-state bonding material 3, hot-melting materials of a polyester system or polyamide system, thermohardening materials of an epoxy system, and the like are used. In this method, since a bonding material is not required to be applied and hardening time is short, working efficiency and productivity can be enhanced.
