In the manufacture of a motor which comprises a rotor body where 2M pieces of permanent magnets are attached, a rotor upper case 1c, a rotor lower case 1d, and a stator, and in which M pieces of first permanent magnets 2 and second permanent magnets 3 are attached alternately, the M pieces of first permanent magnets 2 are attached to a rotor upper case 1c in advance to make a rotor upper set A, and the M pieces of second permanent magnets 3 are attached to a rotor lower case 1d to make a rotor lower set B, and the rotor upper set A and the rotor lower set B are assembled, and then the rotor body is made to complete a rotor.
