Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a method of manufacturing a multilayer ceramic board provided with a surface pattern free from chipping.
CONSTITUTION: Powder and binder are mixed together and formed into a powder sheet 1 provided with gaps, the powder sheet 1 provided with gaps is interposed between a green laminate 4 composed of a green sheet and a printed pattern and an alumina base board 6 to form a laminate, and the laminate is sintered into a multilayer ceramic board. Small holes or notches provided to the powder sheet 11 can be used in place of the gaps concerned.
