PURPOSE: To provide a manufacturing method for a multilayer piezoelectric device which can securely connect internal electrodes to an external electrode and prevent poor conductivity or insulation by forming projections of internal electrodes having uniform height and width.

CONSTITUTION: Only a Pt electrode 12a protrudes selectively to form an internal electrode projection 16 by etching, in the internal electrode projecting process, a side in which the Pt electrode 12a and an Ag-Pd electrode 12b of sintered materials formed in the sintered material forming process alternately expose themselves. In the external electrode connection process, electric connection is made between a copper foil 16, which is an external electrode, and the internal electrode projection 16 through an anisotropic conductive film 13.
