To provide hardness of pulling out a nail by pointing a range of approximately more than a half length of a barrel part from a head part side to a sharp tip part side to be formed in slant state so as to be gradually thickened.
A barrel part 3 consists of a slant-shape part 3a and an uniformly thick part 3b. The part 3a occupies approximately more than a half of the total length of the barrel part 3 and has a taper of 20/1000 to 4/1000 grade gradually thickened toward a sharp tip part 2 side from a head part 1 side. The purpose of the part 3b is to improve the advancing property of a nail to be driven in. The manufacture therefor is to feed the tip part of a steel wire S into a dice 7 and the tip end of the steel wire S is projected by a proper size from a head part molding surface 9 and fixed, the tip end of the steel wire S is given impact by a punch 14 so as to form the head part 1. Next, the back of the punch 14 is hit by a punch 15 so as to press the steel wire S onto a slant part molding surface 10 and a linear part molding surface 11 so as to form the parts 3a, 3b. The steel wire S is fixed after being fed by specific length, cut by a cutter 8 so as to mold the sharp tip part 2. Accordingly, any connection structure formed by nails can be made economical and intensified.
