PURPOSE: To provide quality feeling and color of a natural material by applying the printing in which specified mixed liquid such as silicon oxide fine particles is used as ink and also a natural building material surface is utilized as a pattern on a resin film, forming its surface same as the building material surface and flowing semi-liquid mixture of alumina family on said surface and solidifying.

CONSTITUTION: Mixed liquid composed of approximately 15wt.% of silicon oxide fine particles, approximately 15wt.% of a water soluble solvent such as a wafer or the like and approximately 70wt.% of inorganic or organic coating materials of respective colors is used as ink, and printing of natural building material pattern of single or multi-color is applied to the surface of a resin film or the like, and said surface is formed into a ground flat surface, a recessed and projected surface or the like same as the surface of a natural building material to form a backing mold 3. When a semi-liquid mixture 4 composed of a hydraulic normal temperature solidifying agent of alumina family, an inorganic substance or a hydrated non-reaction inorganic substance and water is flowed over said surface, the semi-liquid mixture is solidified while being permeated from a printed pattern 2 into a section where a wafer original agent is dissolved and polymerized with silicon oxide and coating materials. When a mold 3 is released, a natural feeling artificial building material with its colored pattern and surface mold equivalent to that of the natural building material can be manufactured.
