PURPOSE: To obtain a product with a high strength while being allowed to be molded with a wood or gypsum mold by a method wherein a particulate material is solidified in a space made up of a frame body, a molding film and a shield film, once reduced in pressure by suction to form a mold, which is mold-registered with another mold and a cold setting resin is injected thereinto.
CONSTITUTION: After the pressure in a hollow chamber 3 is reduced by suction, a molding film 10 is placed on the top surface of a master mold 1. A resin injecting tube 15 and a connecting tube 6 are inserted separately into holders 8 and 9. A particulate material 14 is fed into a space between a frame body 11 and the molding film 10 placed on the top surface of the mold 1 and the upper end opening of the frame body 11 is shielded with a shield film 13. Then, the pressure in the space is reduced by suction through a suction tube 12 to solidify the particulate material 14. The suction is stopped and then, the frame body 11 is separated from the master mold 1 to obtain an top force U. Then, the die thus obtained is placed after mold-registering on the top surface of a bottom force W formed separately to form a cavity for a product while sealing section 18a and 18b are abutted tightly on the top surface of the bottom force W. A normal temperature hardening resin liquid 17 is injected into the cavity froma resin injection tube 15 to fill while air is being discharged through the connecting tube 16 and then, a reaction is caused to harden.
