PURPOSE: To uniform a sectional area of a circuit film layer as well as to secure a thick film integrated circuit in the specified electric characteristic, by forming a nozzle discharge part with a taper bent part and a straight tube part continuing this bent part, preventing a vortex from occurring, and making this discharge part so as to discharge a constant quantity all the time under the constant air pressure.
CONSTITUTION: A nozzle 1 consists of a nozzle base 1a and a discharge part 1b being attached to this bottom part, and a hole part 2 to be formed in this discharge part 1b and a nozzle discharge port 1c are made up of a section round bent part 3 and a straight tube part ranging to this bent part. And, normal force to be imposed on a fluid on a wall surface is kept constant, whereby if the bent part 3 related to hole part 2 of the nozzle 1 and the straight tube part 4 continuing this bent part both are installed, discontinuity on the surface of an inflow part is eliminable, therefore a vortex is made preventable. And, since constant discharge corresponding to air pressure is obtainable from the nozzle port, a thick film circuit uniformizing a sectional area is properly formable and, what is more, such a thick film integrated circuit that is excellent in accuracy and very high in quality is securable.
