Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve productivity by shortening working process of a nozzle, and also control the flow amount of high accuracy.
CONSTITUTION: A punch 3 falls down, and the bottom part 2a of a nozzle raw material 11 is push-pressed so as to form a seat part 1a, and simultaneously, the material immediately below the seat part 1a is pushed out in an annular groove 4d, so that the thickness of an orifice working part 1e is regulated in a prescribed size (t). After that, the orifice working part 1e is stamped so as to form an orifice. Annealing is carried out on the nozzle raw material 11, and remaining stress which is generated by the forming order of the seat part 1a is eliminated. After that, a male piece falls down, the seat part 1a is push-pressed, and the seat part 1a is plastically deformed locally following the shape of a ball so as to correct the shape of the seat part 1a which is minutely deformed by annealing. After that, hardening is applied to the nozzle raw material 11, and remaining stress which is generated by local formation is eliminated.
