Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of the abnormal transcription of the recording groove of an optical disk substrate by separating a movable metal mold from a fixed metal mold in the condition of keeping the fixed metal mold still and separating uniformly the whole surface of the transcribing part of the optical disk substrate from the stamper face of the movable metal mold. CONSTITUTION:By engaging a movable metal mold 1 with a fixed metal mold 2, melting a thermoplastic resin, injecting it from a sprue 4 into a prescribed cavity and cooling and solidifying it, the injection molding of an optical disk substrate 5 is executed. Next, by executing an air blow only to the side of the movable metal mold 1 at the same time as starting a mold opening and separating the movable metal mold from the fixed metal mold 3 in the direction of an arrow A in the condition of keeping the fixed metal mold 3 still, the whole surface of the transcribing part 5a of the optical disk substrate 5 is uniformly separated from a stamper surface 2 of the movable metal mold 1. Thus, the occurrence of the abnormal transcription of the recording groove of the optical disk substrate 5 can be prevented.
