Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain the highly accurate carrying spacer which enables smooth cutting work by making the groove width of a spiral recessed groove smaller than a final product, cutting cut resin scraps intermittently after a coating layer cakes, and performing the cutting work while sucking the scraps. CONSTITUTION:An extruder 10 has a die 10b which is driven and rotated by a motor 10a, the through hole of the die 10b is so formed that the external diameter and minor diameter are larger and the external diameter and minor diameter of the final product, and the groove width of the spiral recessed groove 26 is set smaller than the final product. Then the spacer is cut by cutting dies 16c and 18c of 1st and 2nd cutting devices 16 and 18 and a cutter 16b produce curled resin scraps radially from the cutting dies 16c and 18c, so the cutter is driven and rotated at, for example, every quarter turn of the dies 16c and 18c to cut the resin scraps, which are received in a suction cylinder 14a. Consequently, the cutting work is carried out smoothly and the high-accuracy spiral space is obtained.
