PURPOSE: To improve heat resistance, enable flow soldering and also improve electric properties of an organic electrolytic battery provided with a positive pole can, a negative pole can, a positive pole, a negative pole, a separator, and a gasket by carrying out all the processes from assembly to resin molding in dehumidified atmosphere.
CONSTITUTION: Regarding an organic electrolytic battery provided with a positive pole can 1, a negative pole can 6, a positive pole, a negative pole, a separator 5, and a gasket 4, a process to assemble a battery, a process to carry out resin molding, and a process to maintain the battery are included in the whole processes. Dehumidified atmosphere needed in the whole processes is the dehumidified atmosphere needed in the assembly process of a conventional organic electrolyte battery and it is, for example, a dehumidified room, a dry box the contents of which are replaced with dry nitrogen. A gasket made of polyamide-based resin is used for the gasket in stead of a conventional one made of polypropylene and an organic semiconductor with polyacene-based skeleton structure is used for the positive pole and the negative pole for the organic electrolyte battery. The battery is molded by a thermosetting resin and the whole processes are carried out under dehumidified atmosphere, so that heat resistance of the battey is improved and reflow soldering can be carried out.
