PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the appearance of a panel from worsening due to a fringy strain by a method wherein a design molding body is melted and bonded at the predetermined position of a frame at the extrusion molding of the frame in the manufacturing method of a panel with the frame.
SOLUTION: In the previous process of the extrusion molding of a frame 11, a design molding body 20 having a bonding layer 21 made of the same material as or the material compatible with the material of the frame inside and, at the same time, a design layer 23 outside is formed so as to have a desired crossectional shape. In the extrusion molding process of the frame 11, one side surface of the bonding layer 21 of the design molding body 20 is brought into contact with the melted material of the frame 11 and fused so as to extrude the resultant design molding body 20 together with the melted material of the frame 11 in order to melt bond the design molding body 20 through is bonding layer 21 to the predetermined position of the frame 11. On the other hand, since the bonding layer 21 acts as an insulating layer against the heat given by the melted material of the frame 11, a design layer is protected by the bonding layer.
