Abstract:
To reduce the manufacturing cost of a paper feed roller,
A perforated disc is formed by blanking a metallic sheet and inside and outside flange parts 2a and 2b are formed at the inner and outer peripheries of a hole by press processing. A shaft 3 having one end at which a flange part is formed is pressed in the hole of the inner flange 2a to form an integral flange 2. The outer flange 2b of the flange 2 is pressed in each of the two ends of a metallic pipe 1 to manufacture a paper feed roller 10.
