PURPOSE: To make it possible to provide a molding of more than a certain degree of strength and also to provide uneven patterns easily on it by injecting a paper making row material substance under pressure in a mold formed of a porous elastic body having continuous pores on it and dehydrate it by suction.

CONSTITUTION: Uneven areas composing a molding space 8 with uneven patterns are formed on the surfaces of an upper mold 5' and a lower mold 5 made of a sponge made porous elastic body having continuous pores on them and meshing with each other to keep a specified space between them. The lower mold 5' and the upper mold 5 are maintained in a lifted condition by a machine 7 so that a certain gap 6 may be kept between seal frames 1, 10, respectively. A paper making original composition 13 is then injected into a forming space 8 with pressure from a forming material tank 11 through a pipe 12. By switching over a three way valve 16, when molding, water in the gap 6 inside seal frames 1, 10 are sucked and dehydrated towards an arrow mark A of a suction/delivery pipe 14 and the original composition 13 inside the gap 8 is sucked and dehydrated through the continuous pores on both molds 5, 5'. When the molds are removed, pressurized air is delivered into the gap 8 in the arrow mark B direction.
