PURPOSE: To form patterns of soft and stereoscopic effect at low cost by printing optional patterns on the surface of a base, applying a crepe coating material over said printed layer and forming a film of crepe patterns.
CONSTITUTION: Printed layers 2a, 2b, 2c and the like are formed with different printing inks on a base 1 such as a cotton base, a gypsum group base, a fiber cement material or the like, on which a crepe coating material 3 is applied and cured. As a result, different crepe stresses f1Wf4 are generated at the first end of the base 1 of the coating material 3, while a separate crepe stress f5 is generated on a surface layer separated from the base 1. Films 5 with crepe patters 4aW4d different on the respective sections are formed with and patterns formed by the printed layers are solid and look to be floating. As the crepe patterns 4a, 4b and the like are formed all over, a soft and stereoscopic effect is created.
