The tree root chip coupling layer material is prepared as a mixture of 100 parts by wt. tree root chips, which are obtained by crushing the root of resin and drying until a water content of 4% or below is attained, and 50-150 parts by wt. hardening resin whose viscosity at 25°C ranges between 3,000-6,000 cps, and therewith the tree root chips are impregnated, and the tree root chip coupling layer material is hardened while it is compressed.
