Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a high quality PCa plate at site at low cost.
SOLUTION: Onto the bottom surface of a heat transmissible bottom form 1, in which concrete is to be placed, a heat transmissible material 10 is provided. Through the heat transmissible material 10, a planar heating element 11 is heat-transmissibly provided onto the bottom form 1. Beneath the planar heating element 11, a heat insulating material 12 is provided. Test bodies are produced under the conditions that a plurality of different maximum heating temperatures and heat-up rates are set so as to obtain the compressive strengths of respective test bodies in order to obtain the following equation, which is drawn from the relative relationship between respective integrated temperatures and the compressive strength, Fk=638.log(M)-1574, in which Fk is the compressive strength and M is the integrated temperature. By employing the above-mentioned equation, the compressive strength required at actual manufacturing is substituted in Fk so as to obtain the integrated temperature. The placed concrete is thermally cured under the condition that the energizing to the planer heating element 11 is controlled so as to realize the obtained integrated temperature.
