Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a large number of small through-holes easily, efficiently and finely in the manufacture of a perforated floor panel.
SOLUTION: A large number of first small hole sections 13 are punched and formed to the top-face wall section 5 of a floor-panel body raw material made of a metal by a first cutting die with a plurality of punches. A finishing material 4 is bonded and stuck on the surface 3 of the floor panel body 2. The punch of a second cutting die is inserted into the first small hole sections 13 of the floor panel body 2 from the rear 12 side, and second small hole sections 15 having approximately the same diameter as the first small hole sections 13 are punched and formed to the finishing material 4.
