Abstract:
PURPOSE: To easily form the edge of diaphragm plate having a complicated shape, by immersing the mold having the surfaces corresponding to a support in emulsion.
CONSTITUTION: A mold 16 having the surfaces corresponding to the edge acting as a support of circumference parts of diaphragm plate is immersed in rubber emulsion 17 including the material of the edge. After that, the mold 16 is pulled out from the emulsion 17 and a film 18 is formed by heating and curing it. Next, the edge is formed by detaching the film 18 from the mold 16. With this manufacture, the edge of a complicated shape can be easily formed.
