Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve yield and workability by a method wherein a plurality of arc-shaped magnets is fixed to the inside wall of a cylindrical cover, an Fe lamination with a passage for liquid metal is provided inside, and the entirety is die-cast in a prescribed mold. CONSTITUTION:An Fe plate with a hole 8 wherethrough liquid metal passes during a die-casting process is formed on the inside wall of a stator for the formation of a laminated Fe core 7. A plurality of arc-shaped permanent magnets 6 is fixed by adhesive to the inside of a cylindrical cover 5 composed of non-magnetic material. The combination of the permanent magnets 6 and the laminated Fe core 7 on their inside walls is covered with an outer cylinder 10 and end rings 2a, 2b with circular vacancies 20 with protrusions 3a, 3b for supporting balancing weight. Liquid metal is put in through an inlet 11 to form the end ring 4b, balancing weight installing protrusion 3b, conductor bar 9, end ring 4a, and balancing weight installing protrusion 3a.
