Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a phosphor for EL to exhibit an excellent light emitting characteristic with excellent reproducibility.
CONSTITUTION: A raw material 15 mainly composed of zinc sulfide powder is put in a housing body 7 in which fluid can flow, and this housing body 7 is housed in a reactor 2 of a high frequency induction heating furnace 1, and the inside of this reactor 2 is baked in an atmosphere of halogen gas as a co-activation agent while controlling it under prescribed pressure.
