PURPOSE: To fusion bond securely, control decomposition and deterioration of resin and from a good container by accommodating blank sheets having a resin film in conformity with the cavity shape and injecting and filling injection molding resin into a space of the sheet end face and a bonding space protruding.
CONSTITUTION: Blank sheets 2 are laminated on a supporting material sheet 21 by laminating resin films 22 normally through bonded layers, and the ratio of t1/t2 between the thickness t1 of resin film and the thickness t2 of the supporting sheet is set as 0.1 - 0.3. The supporting sheet 21 is used to form the waist of a container by means of a composite sheet or the like composed of thick paper of given thickness, resin impregnated paper, resin sheet and composite sheet of resin and paper or the like is used. The blank sheet 2 having the resin film 22 and supporting sheet 21 is accommodated in a cavity of an injection molding die in a manner of being conformed with the outer shape of the mold cavity beforehand. A cylindrical container is formed by injection filling injection molding resin 3 into a space E1 where the end surfaces of the accommodated sheet 2 meet and a joint section space communicating with the space E1 and projecting into the inner or outer surface of the blank sheet 2.
