PURPOSE: To easily and continuously form a pipe by a method wherein a pipe main body is continuously formed and at the same time projecting strip stock is continuously or intermittently and spirally adhered onto the inner wall of the pipe main body.
CONSTITUTION: A rotary die, the intermediate part and tip of which is supported through bearings 3" to a supporting stand 1, is attached at the tip of a second extruder 5 with a rotary joint 6. At the tip of the rotary die, a guide roll 7 for a pipe main body (a) is provided and, at the same time, the extrusion orifice 4' of projecting strip stock (b) is provided directing to the inner wall of the pipe main body (a). An endless belt 13 is stretched between a driving motor 11 and a sprocket 12 provided on the rotary die 4, wind-up bars 2 is rotated under the condition that a band-like piece a" is extruded from a first extruder 8, then the wind-up bars 2 wind up the band-like piece a" spirally so as to form the pipe main body (a) and at the same time to send the formed pipe main body forwards. On the other hand, by extruding the projecting strip stock (b) from the second extruder 5 under the condition that the rotary die 4 is rotated the stock (b) is adhered spirally onto the inner wall of the main body (a), resulting in producing a product.
