PURPOSE: To obtain the titled antenna with less dielectric loss and conductor loss and high gain by assuring two air layers with simple constitution and high accuracy.
CONSTITUTION: In bonding a board 6 onto a frame 11, the frame 11 bonded with a sheet 26 is mounted on a lower retainer 27a, a buffer member 28 is packed in a through hole 11b of the frame 11 and the board 6 is heated and pressed to be bonded onto the frame 11 via a bonding film 29. Similarly a board 4 is bonded to a frame 10. Then the frame 10 at the side of a feeding circuit 3 is fixed tentatively to a ground conductor board 2 by a screw 20. Then the circuit 3 and a coaxial connector 14 are connected. Moreover, a feeding point 3a and the connector 14 are soldered. Then the frame 11 is placed on the frame 10 and the ground conductor board 2, the boards 4, 6 are fixed by a mount screw 20 and a nut 21. The planar antenna 1 is formed in this way.
