PURPOSE: To simplify the working, and to reduce remarkably the cost by eliminating a cutting process and executing a main process by only plastic working.
CONSTITUTION: First of all, a pilot hole which becomes a reference hole of working is punched in a shape of a diagonal line against a working part of a plate 1, for instance, as holes 2a, 2b. Also, in a part for forming a recessed part, an escape hole for a material flow is made, for instance, as a hole 5b. Subsequently, in a process (a), on the upper face side, recessed parts such as a winding stem containing recessed part 3 which becomes a containing recessed part of parts, a crystal containing recessed part 4, a battery containing recessed part 5, etc. are all brought to coining working by a mold at the same time. (b) is a punching working process, and a necessary hole is punched by a metallic mold. The last (c) is an external form punching process, and by notching and leaving an external form 15 of a plate on which an uneven part and a hole have been completed through the coining and the punching processes, and cutting it down simultaneously with 15b, etc., a complete plate is formed.
