PURPOSE: To improve the quality of a product by welding the most outside peripheral parts and unswelling parts of two or plural superposed unformed metal plates by a proper method and then, pressing-in a proper fluid from opening parts of the metal plates to swell and form the others except the unswelling parts.
CONSTITUTION: The two metal plates 12 are superposed while these are unformed and the most outside peripheral surfaces 13 are welded leaving the opening parts 14. Next, the unswelling parts 15 are welded. Afterward, after the metal plates 12 are fixed on forming metallic molds 19 and 20, the proper fluid is pressed-in from the opening parts 14 to swell swelling parts 22. By this method, the product with the stable quality can be effectively manufactured.
