Abstract:
PURPOSE: To stably and simply manufacture a molding having no warp by a method wherein a pattern formed of non-shrink material can be manifested beautifully and a warp of the molding obtained from a warped molding intermediate body can be largely reduced.
CONSTITUTION: A raw material which contains a grainy non-shrink material 3 for forming a pattern and a synthetic resin 2 is molded into a plate-like shape so as to obtain a molding intermediate body 1. Thereafter, a surface layer of a recessed face 1a which is generated on one face of both faces by remaining contraction stress due to difference in curing or solidifying time between both faces in the molding intermediate body 1 is removed from the surface of the recessed face 1a at about unified deepness so as to obtain a molding 4.
