Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain the manufacturing method of a pneumatic radial tire capable of improving cornering performance.
CONSTITUTION: A first cloth belt layer 16A, prepared so as to be a belt type member, is retained in the crown unit 20A of a green case 20 under a condition that the diameter of the green case 20 is inflated into troidal shape. Subsequently, the first cloth belt layer 16A is pushed against the green case 20 to attach the same to the green case 20 perfectly. In the same manner, a second cloth belt layer 16B, a tread rubber 18 are contacted closely to the green case 20 to form a green tire.
