Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing pneumatic tire by which cracks at the bonded part of an inner liner layer can be presented from developing without using a tape for crack prevention.
SOLUTION: On the inner peripheral side of a carcass layer, a green tire for which an unvulcanized inner liner layer 8 is provided with an unvulcanized tie rubber layer 7, is formed, and on the internal surface of the green tire, a mold release agent is applied, and then, a vulcanization-molding is performed while the green tire is being pressed from the inside by a bladder. In this case, the tie rubber layer 7 and the inner liner layer 8, as a previously affixed sheet X, are laminated on the inner peripheral side of the carcass layer, and both end parts in the tire circumferential direction of the affixed sheet X are formed into slopes X1, X2 which tilt at a range of 15-30° based on the sheet longitudinal direction, and both end parts of the affixed sheet X are superposed and bonded with each other in such a manner that the acute angle sides of the slopes X1, X2 may be located on the outsides of the counter surfaces, and also, as the mold release agent, a solution which contains 5-50 wt.% of a non-silicon type polyethylene wax resin powder, is used.
