PURPOSE: To contrive a reduction of abnormal wear and an improvement in traction properties by making run-out little and uniform by eliminating completely surging of a belt ply, by a method wherein a carcass ply and belt ply are arranged through lamination, a base tire and a tread part having a pattern are obtained respectively through vulcanization molding with a patternless mold and molding vulcanization, the tread part is clad to an external circumferential surface of the base tire and both of them are joined to each other.
CONSTITUTION: A carcass ply 4 and belt ply 5 are laminated and arranged similarly to a green tire molding method, vulcanization molding is performed with a patternless mold so that an external circumferential surface becomes almost a cylindrical surface and belt plies 5 each are arranged and molded by being neither deformed nor surged, in a base tire 2. A tread part 3 is molding-processed into a flat-platelike state with a mold provided with a tread pattern 6 and vulcanized. After an adhesive agent such as raw rubber is applied to an external circumferential surface of the base tire 2, molding vulcanization of which is performed individually like this and the tread part 3 is wound round for adhesion, joined and integrated with vulcanization adhesion and pneumatic tire 1 is completed.
