Abstract:

To simplify the setting process of an exterior finishing material, prevent the pollution of a paste for the exterior finishing material and reduce the cost in the finishing process in the manufacture of precast concrete products.

In the manufacturing method for precast concrete blocks with prearranged exerior finishing material, a number of exterior finishing materials are disposed on the inner bottom wall of a form, and the state of interposing densely special filling clay layers 4 connected with the exterior finishing materials among the exterior finishing materials is formed, and concrete is placed in a PC type form. Then the placed concrete is cured to form PC blocks, and the PC blocks with clay layers are released from the PC form and the finish cleaning is carried out for the PC blocks after releasing.
