Abstract:
PURPOSE: To correctly arrange and fix tile-like decorative plates on a precast panel base body in accordance with a desired design by forming a decorative plate base layer having protruded joint parts corresponding to recesses on a bottom of a formwork, and adhering and fixing the tile-like decorative plates to the recesses to be surrounded by the protruded joint parts.
CONSTITUTION: On a bottom of a formwork 1, recesses 2 having dimension and shape corresponding to clearance joint parts to be formed by arrangement of tile-like decorative plates are formed. A high-strength close-grained mortar 10 is injected on the formwork bottom 1, a high-strength close-grained mortar 11 is injected into side part spaces 9, which are set to the halves. An inner formwork 7 is removed and a light aerated concrete slurry 12 is injected into a space formed by the bottom and side walls, foamed, and set to the halves. The half-set body is cured in an autoclave and set, and the set body is taken out from the formwork, and its bottom face is turned upside down so as to obtain a panel base body 13. To recesses 15 for the decorative plates of the panel base body 13, the tile-like decorative plates are adhered and fixed.
