PURPOSE: To enhance outer diametral dimensional accuracy in the armoring of a product as well as to promote improvement of efficiency in armoring work and reduction in the cost of equipment by holding an armored cylinder in roundness form at several spots by each arresting yoke when an armoring material is filled up in a clearance between a propelling pipe and the armored cylinder, and attaching each arresting yoke to a column turnably in horizontally.
CONSTITUTION: A socket 49 is positioned at the bottom and a pipe 48 mounted with a lock fitting 46 is hung from an end face of an insert port 50 with an exclusive slinger 51, and it is put down on a pipe centering device 32. Next, the socket 49 is fitted in a corresponding ring recess of this centering device 32, centering the pipe 48, and a presser 45 is mounted on the fitting 46, a nut 47 is clamped, the end face of the insert port 50 is pressed on the fitting 46, and the pipe 48 is locked on the centering device 32. Then, an armored cylinder 57 is erected at the outside of the pipe 48, and a charging clearance for the armored material 58 is formed in a gap between the pipe 48 and the cylinder 57. Next, each arresting yoke 39 is turned round, holding the cylinder 57 and the insert port 50 with an opposed frame body 42, and this frame body 42 is coupled by a clamping device 43 whereby an outer circumference of the cylinder 57 is held and clamped, thereby holding the cylinder 57, thus the armored material 58 such as mortar or the like is filled up in the clearance 59 from a hopper 60.
