Abstract:

PURPOSE: To form a high-gloss hard coat layer, by a method wherein a propylene resin crystal in a layer to be formed of a propylene resin film or sheet is made into transcrystalline structure.

CONSTITUTION: Acrylic urtraviolet curing resin is dissolved into a solvent, after its solution is applied to the surface of a propylene resin film or sheet to which pretreatment such as washing or etching or corona discharge is performed beforehand at need, a film of acrylic ultraviolet curing resin is formed by removing the solvent by heating. Then after the film is sent to a hot molding process, ultraviolet rays are applied to the formed film and the ultraviolet curing resin is cured. In this instance, when a propylene resin crystal in a layer to be formed of the propylene resin film or sheet is made into transcrystalline structure, gloss of a hard coat layer to be formed on the surface of a propylene resin molded product can be improved remarkably.
