Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for chucking a work surely in the manufacture of a pulley integrated type rotor.
SOLUTION: In the manufacture of a pulley integrated type rotor, a work W2 is chucked by inserting a jig 101 into a recessed part 17a to be formed during forming of a penetrating slot and by fitting a jig 102 on a projecting part 17b. As this action enables to chuck the work W2 surely, a rolling roller for pre-forming can be pressed on the work W2 with a great pressing force. Hence, the man-hours for the process to form pulley grooves 11a can be reduced and a pulley integrated type rotor can be manufactured.
