Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for various kinds of a pulley integrated type rotor at a low price.
SOLUTION: This manufacturing method of a pulley integrated type rotor is constituted of performing plastic processing on a disc material into a fixed shape to form an inner cylindrical part 121a and a choking part 122 in a rotor 12, and then performing a slitting processing from the outside of the disc material to form an outer cylinder 121b and a pulley equivalent part 110, and after that pulley grooves are formed on the pulley equivalent part 110 by rolling processing. The processes to the slitting processing can be done in one identical process, so various kinds of a pulley integrated type rotor can be manufactured at a low price by forming the pulley 11 and the rotor 12 integrally, maintaining the coaxiality of the both high.
