PURPOSE: To easily manufacture punching nets with various kinds of design by stopping a press process by a die for a specific time and forming a section where there is no through hole.

CONSTITUTION: A long-sized metallic plate 1 while moved intermittently in a constant direction is pressed by the die 3 to form plural through holes 2 in the metallic plate 1 and when the metallic plate 1 is formed into a punching net, the pressing process by the die 3 is stopped for the specific time to form the section 14 where there is no through hole 2. Therefore, the section 14 where there is no through hole 3 can be formed even in a direction orthogonal to the moving direction of the metallic plate 1. Consequently, punching nets in various shapes can be easily manufactured.
