Abstract:

PURPOSE: To rationally and economically manufacture a racket frame having variety, specially, in the sectional structure by freely designing the racket frame.

CONSTITUTION: In a method for manufacturing a racket frame by injection molding a thermoplastic material, a core 1 arranged and set in a mold 9 is divided into a plurality of parts, and a positioning pin 2 attached on each part is collided into the mold 9 followed by injection molding, whereby a required racket frame is provided.
