PURPOSE: To easily obtain a ragged panel with high accuracy without using an expensive mold even in case of multikind and small quantity production by a method wherein uncured ultraviolet-curing resin is filled and sealed between transparent plates and ultraviolet rays are irradiated from a masked side by the irradiation amount that causes to cure the total thickness of resin between the transparent plates over the ultraviolet transmitted portions and from an un-masked side by the irradiation amount that causes to cure only the surface layer of the resin between the transparent plates.

CONSTITUTION: Uncured ultraviolet-curing resin 3 is filled and sealed between two sheets of transparent plates 1A and 1B such as glass plate of the like within a domain determined by frames 2 and 2. The irradiation of ultraviolet rays 5 are respectively done from one side 1A, to which masking 4 is abutted, and from the other side 1B, to which no masking is abutted. The amount of ultraviolet rays irradiated on the side 1A, onto which the masking 4 is provided, causes to cure the total thickness D of resin 3 between the transparent plates 1A and 1B per the ultraviolet transmitted portions 4A. On the other hand, the amount of ultraviolet rays irradiated on the side 1B, onto which no masking 4 is provided, causes to cure only the surface layer (d) of the resin 3 between the transparent plates. After the rays are respectively irradiated on both the sides 1A and 1B, the two transparent plates 1A and 1B are removed and the resin 3 left uncured is washed away.
