Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to obtain a reaction injection molding having no irregularity of reaction and uniform characteristics by making mold temperature used for the reaction injection uniform.
SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a reaction injection molding comprises the steps of injecting reaction stock solution in the cavity 8 of a mold apparatus having a first mold 2 and a second mold 4, and reaction injection molding it in such a manner that the surface area is 4m2 or more. In this case, at least one of the molds 4, 6 is divided into a plurality of zones 6a to 6d, separate temperature control heating medium channels 20, 22 are respectively provided at the zones, which are temperature controlled, and reaction injection molded.
