Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the regulation of the components of a fluidizing-processed soil by mixing processed soil, water or regulating mud, and removing an excessively large foreign matter from obtained mixture, and after adding a solidifying agent in a sieved mixture, adding water or a regulated muddy water and mixing them.
SOLUTION: After processed soil and water or regulating mud are mixed in a kneading vessel 1, a excessively large foreign matter is removed from an obtained mixture through a vibration sieve arranged under the kneading vessel 1. The simultaneous removement of a soil adhering to a shell, etc., is prevented by this sieving. After a solidifying agent is then added into a sieved mixture from a cement silo 5, the water or the regulating muddy water is added in the kneading vessel 4 arranged under the vibration sieve and mixed. A transfer among devices is carried out by utilizing the gravity of the mixture, and an obtained fluidizing processed soil is stored in a storing vessel 8. Thus the fine component regulation of processed soil, regulating muddy water, solidifying material component and weight ratio can be simply carried out.
