PURPOSE: To obtain the titled bolt that does not need to be removed in a main construction by a method wherein liquid resin impregnated glass fiber roving is arranged uniformly in the longitudinal direction of the outer periphery of paper pipe, reinforcing roving is wound about the outer periphery, cured and cut and core material is injected into the hollow part and cured.

CONSTITUTION: With the movement of the a-direction of paper pipe 10, metallic wire 1 and glass fiber roving 2 are wound off, impregnated with liquid resin in an impregnation tank 3, passed through the through guide hole 41 of a nozzle die 4 and arranged uniformly on the outer periphery of the paper pipe 10. Then, the paper pipe 10 is sent to a glass roving winding device, the glass roving 61 wound about a bobbin 6 is wound off and wound in the spiral form about the paper pipe 10 to fix the metallic wire and glass fiber roving 2 on the outer periphery of the paper pipe 10. They are heated and cured in a curing room 7 and cut by a cutting machine 9 to a desired length. Mineral grains such glass balloons and liquid resin are mixed and injected into the hollow part of the paper pipe 10 and cured to obtain the titled bolt. It can be cut to obtain a sharp cutting edge and excavation of a main construction can be set up without removing the bolt.
