PURPOSE: To attempt improvement of quality such as corrosion resistance or the like by controlling melt to a laminate pressure fixed front surface part by a method wherein pressure fixing with a roll is carried out while a surface of the pressure fixing roll is being cooled with a contact cooling system consisting of a heat-radiating belt and a belt cooler.
CONSTITUTION: Heat-radiating belts 5a, 5b are respectively endlessly arranged between cooling rolls 7a, 7b and pressure contact rolls 4a, 4b, 4c, 4d, move at a uniform speed according to rotary speed of the roll while being in contact with pressure fixing rolls 3a, 3b, and the pressure fixing rolls 3a, 3b are cooled by extracting heat. In that case, temperature of the cooling rolls 7a, 7b is adjusted according to sheet-passing conditions, and/or by transferring the pressure contact rolls 4a, 4b, 5c, 4d and the cooling rolls 7a, 7b in the arrow direction, contact surfaces with the pressure fixing rolls 3a, 3b are regulated to control a heat amount to be extracted.
