Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a resin ramification duct which is free from flashes and has favorable finish, by a method wherein the whole of a parison possessing the ramification parison wherein an amount of a number of ramificaion parts are formed through welding and cutting processing is blow-molded within a mold.
CONSTITUTION: A necessary number of ramification parison parts 2 are formed on the primary parison by welding and cutting processing and the secondary parison 3 is prepared. The secondary parison 3 is encapsulated into a mold 8 having a molding face of a fixed resin ramification duct 6 under a supported state by a die S and set up. Leading of the secondary parison 3 to the mold 8 is performed by either providing a parison guide 9 ramificating and leading the ramification parison part 2 or leading it mechanically. The secondary parison 3 within the mold 8 is expanded by blowing air into the secondary parison 3 through an air blowing device fitted to the die S, pressed against the molding face and molded.
