Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain easily a resonator which is strong against a shock and has a stable characteristic by attaching a main vibrating part of a piezoelectric resonance element to an insulating substrate formed as one body with a lead terminal so that a gap is obtained by a thickness portion of a distributing electrode, hardening it by heat, and sheating it with a resin.

CONSTITUTION: First of all, 1, 6-hexanediol 14 is mainly stuck and fixed to a main vibrating part of a piezoelectric ceramic resonance element 7, and when it is covered with silicone rubber 15 in which talc 16 is mixed, and hardened by heat, the 1, 6-hexanediol 14 is melted, permeates into a gap of the talc 16 and the silicone rubber 15, also evaporates and goes out to the outside, by which a gap 17 is formed between the main vibrating part and the silicone rubber 15. Also, the piezoelectric ceramic resonance element 7 is attached to an insulating substrate 9, and a lead terminal 10 and the insulating substrate 9 are made to form a pair, by which an external stress is not applied to the piezoelectric ceramic resonance element 7, and also it is covered with the elastic silicone rubber 15, an external stress from an armor resin 18 is scarcely applied, and it becomes strong against a shock.
