Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to steadily attach a flexible washing element onto a holder by injecting a fluidized component polymerizable into synthetic resin into a mold and putting a flexible washing element onto a holder buried in the component polymerizable into synthetic resin and then pulling out a brush after having opened the mold. SOLUTION: An end of a flexible washing element 3n is put on a mold 4 and extended through it into a space filled with a projection 1p while its another end is projected outward through and completely covering an appropriate hole 9 processed on the mold 4. After a fluidized component polymerizable into synthetic resin is injected into the mold 4 and mixed up there, flexible washing elements 3n are put buried and fixed onto a holder 1s. When completed, just open the mold 4 and take off a roll brush 1 drawing it. Thus, flexible washing elements 3n in whatever shape such like fiber or flat type can be steadily attached to the holder 1s.
