Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a method for enveloping rotary sensor with the excellent water-resistance, productivity, and profitability.
CONSTITUTION: A cylindrical casing 21 made of resin, of which one end is opened, is formed, and after fitting a pole piece 25 into this cylindrical casing 21, a bobbin 24 having a coil 27, a terminal 28 and a wire harness 29 is assembled into the cylindrical casing 21. Next, a space between the wire harness 29 projecting from the opening of the cylindrical casing 21 and the opening of the cylindrical casing 21 is molded.
