Abstract:
PURPOSE: To simplify the contents of work and reduce product cost by forming a nickel fluorine compound plating layer after a shot blast process to a hard plating layer in the manufacture of a rotor housing.
CONSTITUTION: A rotor housing 9 is formed in a rotor housing body by wrapping up SIP(sheet insert process) 8 whose inner circumference surface 7 is formed in a trochoid form by casting. A hard plating layer 11 is shaped in a trochoid form by a housing process. Porosity 17 which can increase stickiness of a nickel fluorine compound plating layer 16 is formed in a shot blast process. Thus, the contents of work can be simplified and product cost can be reduced.
