Abstract:
PURPOSE:To deconcentrate spots of gradual cooling during solidification after casting and of casting strains by a method wherein a conductive bar is provided with a plurality of fine protrusions in axial direction and each Si steel sheet is shifted slightly to radial direction in the laminating process. CONSTITUTION:The motor rotor consists of a conductive bar 2 formed in a cavity left in the Si steel lamination 1 and end rings 4 integral with the conductive bar 2 and formed at the top and bottom surfaces of the Si steel lamination 1. A laminate in the Si steel lamination 1 is shifted a little in radial direction during the laminating process so that the cnductive bar 2 is provided with a plurality of fine protrusions in axial direction. Tiny protrusions on the conductor bar 2 disperse the concentration cooling spot or strains caused by casting that are otherwise apt to concentrate.
